Photographing couples in love might be the greatest job in the world! Hearing couple’s stories and capturing their smiles brings me so much joy! High school sweethearts from Indiana, Kendall and Harrison, got engaged at Oglebay Park just a few weeks ago! Kendall is attending West Liberty University (and she is a fellow volleyball player!!!), and Harrison is going to school in Indiana. So when he was visiting Kendall this past Valentine’s Day, he got down on one knee and proposed while they were on a walk at Oglebay! They both are graduating college this spring, and cannot wait to be done with a long-distance relationship and get married this summer!
Kendall and Harrison wanted to get their engagement photos right away and didn’t even have to think about the location. It was an easy choice – a place of the proposal! Oglebay Park is such a popular place for photos but we were so lucky to have the park all to ourselves. We had so much fun exploring the grounds on a beautiful spring afternoon. It was a little chilly, but these two braved the cold like champs and kept smiling and giggling all evening long!
