Romantic Engagement Session at West Virginia University Campus | Wheeling, WV Wedding and Engagement Phographer

It was one of those hot and humid summer evenings, but everything came together so nicely for this engagement session! From a sweet couple and beautiful outfits to gorgeous locations and dream golden hour light! Perfection!

Kristine and Vincent met at West Virginia University while studying medical laboratory science. Their program was pretty small, so it was pretty easy to spot each other. A few months of school passed, and with the encouragement of a mutual friend, Vinny asked Kristine out on a date. After that day, they spent nearly every day together studying and exploring Morgantown. How sweet! But wait, it only gets better! A few years later during Kristine’s birthday trip to Charleston, SC Vinny surprised her with a proposal on a bridge at Magnolia Plantation! He spent a few months designing a ring (just look at it, it is so unique!), finding a photographer and asking family for permission to marry their daughter! He had every single detail planned out so well and Kristine had no idea! Ahh…such a great love story! And it’s only the beginning!

It made sense for these two college sweethearts to go back to the grounds where they first met – WVU Campus – for their engagement photos! They drove almost 3 hours, and I believe it was so worth the trip! Kristine and Vincent, I enjoyed getting to know you, and I loved your engagement session! I loved every minute of having you two in front of my camera, and it just made me even more excited for your Benton Grove Bed & Banquets wedding next summer!
